When should I schedule a pick-up?
When you have a room full, you may sign in and schedule a pick-up.
Most large organizations (1,000 members
or more) require a pick-up every 4–6 weeks.
How do I schedule a pick-up?
Sign in to the website and click “Schedule a Pick-up.”
You may also send an e-mail message or call us.
How do I get started?
Simply register online at www.bubbfundraising.com. When registration
is complete, sign in to download flyers and to request donation
posters to promote your fundraiser.
Our church has 1,000 members. How
much money can we raise using your fundraiser?
The more you promote the fundraiser, the more money your
organization will earn. Taking into account the number of
items we accept, a single donor can easily contribute over
$30.00 worth of items.
Is there a limit to the amount of
money our organization can be paid for a pick-up?
No; there is NO LIMIT to the amount you may earn for a single
pick-up.
Do you take broken or damaged items?
Yes, as long as the item is one that we accept. (See Complete
Item List for details.)
What does “original cover
required” mean?
This means that an audiobook, VHS tape, DVD, or music CD
must have the original cover or case that came with the item
when it was first purchased. Video games are not required
to have original covers; however, your organization is paid
more for those video games which do include original covers.
What happens to donated items that
are not on your accepted items list?
If the items are cell phone accessories or something that
goes along with an accepted item we will take it; otherwise,
we will have to refuse it.
Is there a list of items that you
do not take?
Please review the Complete Item List;
if an item is not listed there we will have to refuse it.
Our school wants to hold an assembly
and reveal the final amount at the end of the pick-up –
is that possible?
Yes; and if you like we can present the fundraiser money
to your school at the assembly.
Do you pick items up on the weekends?
We do pick-ups on Saturday, but not on Sunday.
What happens to the donated items
picked up by Bubb Fundraising?
All items on our accepted item list are remarketed, recycled, or properly disposed. With regards to items with a large content of plastic, glass, and or wood if not remarketed or recycled are broken down in an attempt to remove all metals before end of life disposal.
Can businesses or for-profit companies
partner with Bubb Fundraising?
Please contact us; asset recovery services are handled on
a case-by-case basis.
Will Bubb Fundraising start taking
even more items?
We work constantly on adding new items, so please continue
to check the Complete Item List
for any item updates.
Does pricing for these items change?
Yes, pricing for items is subject to change at anytime and without notice.
